Through his experience in business development, consultancy and banking, he has helped clients perform numerous feasibility and bankability assessments for infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects. In many cases, he helped to provide inputs to improve the feasibility and bankability of those projects. For projects further down the development progress, he has helped to structure them into bankable projects and raised financing for them.

Eddie subsequently leveraged his skills and experience in assessing feasibility for various projects into assessing potential mergers and acquisition (M&A) targets. He has assessed potential targets in many sector, for example, retailing, food & beverage, manufacturing and logistics. He achieves this by analyzing the target’s business in the entire value chain of the industry. This allows the clients to appreciate the target’s business better and be able to identify potential future “disruptors”.

Eddie graduated in Australia with a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) with First Class Honors, and subsequently completed his Master in Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
