With over 25 years of experience, Nazim has experience in the areas of plantation management, project management, and business development.

In the private sector, apart from managing Oil Palm and rubber plantations, he has led projects covering operations, management, and investment for upstream plantation commodities (Oil Palm and rubber), agriculture and
industrial integrated development exercises. In agriculture, he has strong networks in the food security supply chain.

He started his career in the Oil Palm sector and subsequently worked in business development where he developed the rapport with the public sector agencies involved in regulatory, investment, planning and policies. He served in two local conglomerates in commodities and agriculture.

Nazim is part of the S.MA.RT Principal network and a Consultant in STRAT369 Consulting.
